We are looking to add a top notch Enterprise Solutions Integrator (CRM).
Comprehensive Knowledge of:

Business functions and processes.
Design and configuration products.
Functionality of software packages.
Implementation tools and methodology.
Applies mastery of skill in procedures, techniques, and tools related to:
Configuration and design.
Business integration using software products.
Communication, interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with
coworkers, supervisor, etc. sufficient to exchange or convey
information and to receive work direction.
Solid understanding and hands on implementation experience of the SAP CRM
2007/7.0 modules
Strong hands on SAP CRM configuration and design skills. Knowledge and
hands-on experience of SAP CRM’s Integration with
ECC Areas of solid understanding and hands on experience in SAP CRM for:
1. Sales (opportunities, design registration) 2. Marketing (campaign, ELM,
segmentation, MDF) 3. Customer Master (CRM & SD) 4.
Interaction Center (preferred) 5. Middleware (i.e. integration between SAP
CRM and ECC-SD/MM/FI) (preferred) 6. CRM Pricing

(preferred)
Multiple SAP CRM full cycle implementation experience
Extensive experience in defining systems strategy, developing systems
requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, and

implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
Extension experience in writing SAP CRM configuration documentation, as well
as functional design specs (for FRICEW)
Solid understanding of SAP CRM Data model
Implementation experience with tools and methodology.
Communication, interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with
coworkers, supervisor, etc. sufficient to exchange or convey

information and to receive work direction.
Ensures the overall effectiveness of software systems and proactively
evaluate, recommends and implements cost effective

improvements.
Evaluates hardware and software technology against existing, and future
needs. Monitors, evaluates and reports on the ongoing
performance and capacity of assigned area(s) of the computing environments
(software and hardware) in order to ensure business
needs are met.
Pricing configuration using IPC engine. Any additional working knowledge of
Java would be desirable in designing/troubleshooting
pricing formulas.
Extensive hands on experience in designing and handling the CRM middleware
components.
Experience in working with customer master in CRM and ECC.
Leads integrated design effort to meet business needs across functional
areas.
Ensures the overall effectiveness of software systems and proactively
evaluate, recommends and implements cost effective

improvements.
Evaluates hardware and software technology against existing, and future
needs.
Monitors, evaluates and reports on the ongoing performance and capacity of
assigned area(s) of the computing environments
(software and hardware) in order to ensure business needs are met.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technology discipline or
equivalent experience. 8-10 Years relevant experience.
Including extensive business experience in multiple domains and proven
systems analyst experience. Vendor specific certifications
may be required.
